Alan Joseph has built his entire career on the belief that justice and fairness must guide every decision. From his early days representing indigent clients who had nowhere else to turn, to his tenure as Chief Assistant District Attorney, Alan has been a tireless champion for the people of our community. His decades of experience—both as a seasoned prosecutor and a respected private attorney—have given him the knowledge, integrity, and passion to lead our District Attorney’s Office and Orange County toward a safer, more equitable future.
Alan knows that community safety begins long before the courtroom. As District Attorney, he will prioritize innovative solutions to addiction and crime prevention, implement a comprehensive training program for new prosecutors, and foster open communication with community partners and law enforcement agencies. With a track record of ethical leadership and a commitment to fair-minded prosecution, Alan will ensure the DA’s Office upholds the highest standards of justice—protecting every neighborhood and every resident.
